Responsibilities
- Direct full-cycle video production for digital campaigns, branded content, and episodic series
- Manage $500K+ production budgets, vendor relationships, and scheduling across 10+ concurrent projects
- Lead creative brainstorms and translate client briefs into actionable production plans
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, VFX, color grading, and sound design
- Mentor junior producers and freelancers while maintaining industry-standard quality benchmarks
- Analyze audience metrics and optimize content performance through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in branded content, narrative storytelling, and motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management software
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors, talent, and union contracts
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or equivalent industry certification
