Responsibilities
- End-to-end production management: Pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Lead creative vision for branded content, commercials, and digital series
- Manage $500K+ production budgets across diverse projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (directors, cinematographers, editors, animators)
- Client relationship management and presentation of creative concepts
- Mentor junior producers and develop production workflows
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 7+ years professional video production experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven track record managing complex productions from concept to delivery
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (documentary, commercial, narrative)
- Exceptional project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field
