What You'll Achieve: Lead 15+ video projects annually, mentor junior producers, and pioneer innovative storytelling techniques that captivate global audiences. Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production specialists to deliver premium content that exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage creative teams and external vendors while maintaining strict budget adherence
- Develop innovative concepts for branded content, commercials, and digital campaigns
- Optimize workflows using cutting-edge tools like Frame.io and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Present creative strategies to C-level clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications
- Stay ahead of industry trends in virtual production and AI-driven editing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in producer leadership role
- Portfolio showcasing 20+ high-impact commercial/branded projects
- Expertise in budget management for projects up to $500K
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and lighting/camera systems
- Experience directing cross-functional teams across remote and on-set environments
- Certification in project management (PMP or similar) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines for major brands
