Responsibilities
- Oversee full video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Manage client relationships and present creative concepts to stakeholders
- Ensure technical quality across lighting, sound, and post-production deliverables
- Coordinate location shoots and vendor partnerships for equipment/crew
- Optimize workflows for multi-platform distribution (social, broadcast, digital)
- Mentor junior producers and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven project management skills with budget oversight for $50K+ productions
- Strong leadership abilities directing cross-functional creative teams
- Experience with multi-camera setups, lighting design, and audio engineering
- Understanding of video marketing trends across social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
