Responsibilities
- Oversee pre-production planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Direct film crews and creative teams during shoots across diverse locations
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative briefs and deliverables
- Manage post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and sound design
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio engineering principles
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
