Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ concurrent video projects
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to maintain creative vision and technical quality
- Lead client communications and presentations, ensuring project milestones and expectations are met
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and distribution
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate cross-functional teams including animators and sound designers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in a lead producer role
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven track record of managing high-budget projects ($50k+) for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and color grading principles
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in remote team coordination
- Degree in Film/Video Production or equivalent professional certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ diverse video projects across commercial, documentary, and digital formats
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving creative requirements
