Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators to achieve artistic vision
- Coordinate with external vendors for location scouting, equipment rental, and post-production services
- Present final deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing creative teams of 5+ members
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of current video production trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
