- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ concurrent projects
- Lead creative direction and client presentations with executive stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including cinematographers, animators, and sound designers
- Develop innovative production strategies using emerging technologies like VR/AR
- Maintain quality control through all post-production phases
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
- Proven experience managing $500k+ annual production budgets
- Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements (YouTube, TikTok, broadcast)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
