Our studio operates at the intersection of art and technology, utilizing cutting-edge 4K/8K production, virtual production stages, and AI-enhanced workflows. You'll collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production artists to deliver premium content across digital platforms, broadcast, and immersive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, managing budgets up to $500K
- Lead creative direction for branded content, commercials, and digital series
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, DPs, editors, and VFX artists
- Implement agile production methodologies for rapid iteration and delivery
- Manage client relationships and present creative solutions to executive stakeholders
- Optimize production workflows using emerging technologies like virtual production
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of cinematic storytelling and visual direction
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production software
- Proven experience managing remote teams and distributed production workflows
- Strong understanding of emerging formats (VR/AR, interactive video)
- Certification in project management (PMP or Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and pivot creative direction quickly
- Experience with union/non-union productions and location logistics
