Responsibilities
- Oversee pre-production planning, including storyboarding, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Direct on-set operations for commercial, documentary, and digital content projects
- Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align creative vision with project goals
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative team environment
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of commercial/entertainment work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and complex production schedules
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, social media, OTT) and audience engagement
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for on-set challenges and technical troubleshooting
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field
