Responsibilities
- Oversee complete video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators to ensure cohesive vision execution
- Develop innovative video concepts aligned with brand strategy and target audience insights
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to align creative deliverables with business objectives
- Implement cutting-edge production techniques and emerging technologies to elevate content quality
- Mentor junior producers and creative staff through skill development and performance guidance
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse video formats (commercials, documentaries, digital campaigns)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, lighting, and cinematography techniques
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing budgets $50k+
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments while maintaining creative excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
