Responsibilities
- End-to-end production management for commercial, digital, and documentary projects
- Lead creative direction and storyboarding with directors and cinematographers
- Coordinate budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships
- Mentor junior producers and production assistants
- Present creative concepts to C-suite stakeholders
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, VFX, and color grading
- Implement innovative production technologies and workflows
- Analyze project performance and optimize future productions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (ads, documentaries, digital content)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production software
- Proven budget management ($250k+ project experience)
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of emerging production technologies (VR/AR, drone cinematography)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
