Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop compelling storyboards and shot lists for diverse video formats
- Collaborate with clients to align creative vision with strategic objectives
- Maintain quality control through post-production reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with portfolio of 15+ projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Experience directing teams and managing complex production workflows
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and cinematography principles
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $500,000
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
