- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and client goals
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for complex productions
- Collaborate with clients to refine briefs and ensure creative excellence
- Maintain quality control throughout post-production workflows
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proven track record managing productions $50k+
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Experience directing talent and managing on-set dynamics
