- Oversee end-to-end video production for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple simultaneous productions
- Lead creative brief sessions with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless editing, color grading, and sound design
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques that align with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative cross-functional workflows
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in a lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in diverse video formats (short-form, long-form, motion graphics)
- Proficiency with production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, ShotGrid)
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects on schedule
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities with clients and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
- Experience managing remote production teams and distributed workflows
- Knowledge of video analytics and performance measurement frameworks
