Responsibilities
- Oversee video production lifecycle from concept to delivery across digital platforms
- Lead creative direction and technical execution for branded content campaigns
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Optimize budgets and timelines while maintaining premium quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to translate vision into compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial content
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong project management skills with complex campaign experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $500K
- Excellent client communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Experience directing talent in studio and location environments
