Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Direct creative direction and maintain brand consistency across campaigns
- Lead cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for diverse platforms
- Conduct post-production reviews and quality assurance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating high-budget commercial work
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience directing teams of 5+ creative professionals
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies and trends
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- BA/BS in Film Production, Communications, or related field
