- Oversee video production lifecycles: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client brand guidelines
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (directors, editors, VFX artists, clients)
- Ensure technical quality across lighting, audio, and final deliverables
- Implement industry best practices for scalable production workflows
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Strong understanding of digital content trends and platform-specific requirements
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team leadership
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
