Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and animators

- Ensure brand consistency and technical quality across all deliverables

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio of commercial work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management tools
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of lighting, cinematography, and post-production workflows
- BA in Film/Video Production or related field preferred
