Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production workflows, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent productions
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure creative excellence
- Oversee technical aspects including lighting, sound, and camera operations
- Review and approve final deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative creative environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio of high-impact projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio production techniques
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple tight-deadline projects
- Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Proficiency with video production equipment (cameras, drones, lighting kits)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
