Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards that align with client objectives
- Coordinate logistics for location shoots, studio time, and equipment rentals
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Maintain project timelines and budgets within 5% variance
- Conduct post-production quality reviews and deliverables approval
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in video production with portfolio of commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing teams of 3+ creative professionals
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and VFX workflows
- Experience with 4K/8K cinematography and lighting design
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
