Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for shoots in diverse locations
- Lead cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Ensure technical quality through camera operation, lighting design, and color grading oversight
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize video distribution across social media, web, and broadcast channels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and audio engineering
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience directing talent and managing on-set operations in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of video compression formats, platform-specific requirements, and SEO best practices
