Responsibilities
- Direct full-cycle video production: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Coordinate logistics including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor relationships
- Ensure quality control through technical reviews and creative approvals
- Mentor junior producers and foster team growth through skill development
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate video across digital channels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with keen eye for visual aesthetics and narrative flow
- Experience directing both live-action and animated content
- Knowledge of video production workflows from storyboarding to final delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
