Responsibilities
- Oversee complete video production lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Direct creative teams and manage vendor relationships
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with client goals
- Coordinate budget allocation and resource allocation across projects
- Maintain quality control through technical reviews and approvals
- Lead post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and sound design
- Analyze audience metrics to optimize content performance
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in video production with 3+ years in lead roles
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record directing complex commercial/film projects
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting, cinematography, and audio engineering
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ high-impact video projects
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workflows
- Knowledge of emerging trends in interactive media and live streaming
