Responsibilities
- Oversee video production from concept to final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Direct creative direction for high-profile client campaigns across digital and broadcast platforms
- Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, and post-production specialists to ensure technical excellence
- Develop innovative storytelling strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with equipment rental houses and talent agencies
- Mentor junior producers and conduct post-production reviews to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial content and digital campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve for post-production workflows
- Proven track record managing $500K+ production budgets with strict deadline adherence
- Strong understanding of emerging video technologies (8K, VR/AR integration, AI editing tools)
- Excellent client communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
