- Optimize post-production workflows to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content drives measurable ROI
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing production teams and budgets over $500K
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design principles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
