Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and vendor management
- Direct creative direction for commercial, digital, and social media video campaigns
- Manage cross-functional teams of cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous review of color grading, audio mixing, and compression standards
- Optimize video assets for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, broadcast, etc.)
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques that align with brand guidelines
- Track project timelines using Agile methodologies and deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record directing commercial campaigns for recognized brands
- Strong technical knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and sound design principles
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing $100k+ budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and technical proficiency
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
