Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept ideation to final delivery across platforms
- Lead creative direction for high-profile client campaigns including branded content and social media series
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources for multi-project workflows
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to maintain creative vision and technical excellence
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that drive engagement and measurable ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging formats (VR/AR, interactive video) and production technologies
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate cross-functional teams including talent, VFX, and post-production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse video projects (commercials, documentaries, digital series)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management tools (Frame.io, Shotgun)
- Strong budget management skills with $500K+ production experience
- Exceptional leadership abilities managing remote and in-house creative teams
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms and audience analytics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent deadlines
