Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production for digital campaigns, branded content, and social media series
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand strategy and audience engagement goals
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative direction and ensure deliverables exceed expectations
- Implement emerging video technologies and distribution strategies (VR/AR, interactive formats)
- Conduct post-project analysis to optimize production workflows and ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative storytelling across diverse formats (ads, docs, social)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven ability to manage $500k+ budgets and complex production schedules
- Strong client management skills with experience negotiating scope and expectations
- Knowledge of video analytics platforms (Vimeo Analytics, Vidyard) and performance metrics
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
