Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and deadlines
- Manage creative teams, including directors, cinematographers, and editors, while maintaining quality standards
- Develop detailed production budgets and schedules, optimizing resource allocation
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and present creative solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and emerging platforms (e.g., VR/AR, social media)
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field with 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record of managing complex video projects for major brands or media companies
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio engineering principles
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing diverse video projects (commercials, documentaries, digital content)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset
