Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and brand alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors while managing project timelines and budgets
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that resonate across diverse digital platforms and audiences
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, and creative vision
- Implement emerging technologies like VR/360° production to push creative boundaries
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct post-production reviews to ensure quality standards and brand consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record managing complex productions with budgets exceeding $500K
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, TikTok, OTT) and audience analytics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated experience in narrative and commercial formats
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing creative teams and client relationships
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
