Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from ideation to final delivery
- Lead creative direction for commercial, digital, and branded content projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with clients to define creative vision and deliver measurable results
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in producer leadership role
- Proven portfolio of commercial/digital content with measurable impact
- Expertise in budget management and production logistics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production management software
- Strong client relationship management and presentation skills
- Experience directing both live-action and animated productions
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
