Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop compelling storyboards and shot lists aligned with client objectives
- Manage post-production workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align video content with brand strategy
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production
- Maintain client relationships and present creative concepts for approval
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record managing complex video projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and cinematography principles
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience directing and mentoring creative teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
