Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Lead creative briefs and client consultations to align on vision
- Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, and post-production teams
- Optimize workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop innovative video strategies for social media and broadcast
- Mentor junior producers and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in video production with agency/studio background
- Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and lighting design
- Proven track record directing narrative and commercial projects
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of 4K/8K workflows and color grading standards
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
