Responsibilities
- Direct video production lifecycles, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Develop compelling creative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams (videographers, editors, animators) with precision and leadership
- Optimize production budgets and timelines while maintaining premium quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to refine briefs and deliverables through iterative feedback loops
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with proven portfolio of commercial/brand projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong project management skills with experience managing $100k+ budgets
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated visual narrative expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Experience directing teams of 5+ creatives in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (corporate, social, documentary)
