Responsibilities
- Oversee entire production lifecycle from concept to final delivery for 15+ projects annually
- Manage $500K+ budgets, vendor relationships, and production schedules
- Lead creative direction for narrative-driven campaigns and brand films
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production teams
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate cross-functional workflows
- Present creative pitches to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Implement emerging tech trends (VR/AR, AI-enhanced workflows) into production
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative and commercial projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and project management tools
- Proven budget management for projects exceeding $300K
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and audience analytics
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field
- Network with industry guilds (DGA, IATSE) preferred
