Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure deliverables exceed expectations
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate cross-functional teams (directors, cinematographers, editors)
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in a lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and project management tools
- Strong budget management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workflows
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
