Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, on-location shoots, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for diverse projects
- Direct and coordinate creative teams including cinematographers, lighting technicians, and editors
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous review of footage, color grading, and sound design
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative direction and deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends in video technology and emerging platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a lead producer role
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven portfolio of commercial/brand campaigns with measurable audience impact
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex productions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide diverse creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D rendering techniques
