Responsibilities
- End-to-end production management of video projects from concept to final delivery
- Lead creative direction and storytelling for brand campaigns, commercials, and digital content
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Develop innovative video strategies aligned with client objectives
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and technical specifications
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+ members
- Demonstrable portfolio of award-winning commercial/campaign work
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, lighting, and color grading
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field
