- Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize content distribution strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Proven leadership managing teams of 3+ creatives and complex production schedules
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual narrative techniques
- Experience directing shoots in various environments (studio, location, live events)
- Ability to translate client requirements into actionable creative plans
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
