Responsibilities
- Direct video production from concept to final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to execute creative vision
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, VFX, and sound design
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for digital and broadcast platforms
- Manage client relationships and present creative pitches
- Mentor junior production staff and maintain industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio engineering
- Proven experience managing complex budgets and production schedules
- Portfolio demonstrating compelling narrative work across diverse genres
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
