Responsibilities
- Edit and refine raw footage into compelling final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with directors and producers to align creative vision with project goals
- Design and implement motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
- Color grade footage to achieve cinematic quality and brand consistency
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets on strict deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices across the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating technical excellence and creative problem-solving
