Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling narratives and visual concepts
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Direct camera crews, lighting technicians, and editing personnel
- Ensure final deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative production environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficient in budget management and production scheduling tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
