Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Direct creative teams and external partners to deliver premium content across digital platforms
- Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with brand vision and project objectives
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that drive audience engagement and ROI
- Coordinate post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and sound design
- Maintain project timelines while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with proven portfolio of commercial/brand work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success in narrative-driven projects
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation for productions $100k+
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field preferred
