- Implement cutting-edge production techniques and emerging technologies
- Develop talent pipeline and mentor junior production staff
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience
- Portfolio demonstrating premium commercial/narrative work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid
- Proven ability to manage remote production teams and freelancers
- Strong understanding of platform-specific video optimization
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and virtual production
