Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production projects, from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, animators, and sound designers
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, color grading, VFX integration, and sound design
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand strategy
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with demonstrated portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and Final Cut Pro
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional storytelling abilities and creative vision with attention to visual detail
- Experience directing talent and managing production crews in diverse environments
