- Direct end-to-end video production from concept to final deliverable
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for brand campaigns and digital content
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for multi-platform productions
- Collaborate with clients to translate strategic objectives into compelling narratives
- Maintain quality control across all post-production workflows
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio of commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record managing complex productions with budgets over $500K
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
