- Direct end-to-end video production, from concept ideation to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for 10+ concurrent projects
- Develop creative briefs that align with brand strategy and client objectives
- Implement post-production workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content drives measurable ROI
- Maintain project timelines using agile methodologies and Jira
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in branded content, commercials, and digital campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and industry-standard cameras
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500k
- Expertise in color grading and sound design principles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
