Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative direction for branded content and marketing campaigns
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to align creative vision with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Ensure technical quality across all deliverables (color grading, sound design)
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Demonstrated leadership in directing creative teams and client relationships
- Knowledge of broadcast standards, compression formats, and digital workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- BS/BA in Film, Media, or related field preferred
