As a cornerstone of our production division, you’ll collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to deliver premium content across commercials, documentaries, and digital series. This hybrid role balances on-set leadership with strategic oversight, requiring exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production pipeline, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and vendor management
- Lead creative direction for high-profile projects while maintaining brand consistency and client objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (directors, editors, animators) during filming and post-production phases
- Implement innovative storytelling techniques using Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and emerging VR/AR tools
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies and production software (e.g., Frame.io)
- Conduct client consultations to translate vision into actionable creative briefs and production plans
- Maintain quality control through technical reviews and creative refinements
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles for commercial or digital media projects
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven content across multiple formats (ads, docs, series)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven experience managing $500k+ production budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, OTT) and audience analytics
- Certification in project management (PMP or Agile) preferred
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally for location shoots (15-20% travel)
